What You'll Do:
As a Bilingual Counselor, you'll assist current and past students in understanding their student loan options. You'll engage with them through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web chat to provide clear guidance and share valuable resources to help them navigate their loan repayment.

What You'll Need:
Communication Skills: Strong listening and speaking abilities in both English and Spanish.
Attention to Detail: Be organized and thorough in managing student loan information.
Problem-Solving Skills: Address and resolve student inquiries with a customer-focused approach.
Work Ethic: Integrity, a strong desire to help others, and a stable work history.
Education & Experience: A high school diploma or GED is required. An associate's degree or relevant experience is preferred.
Location: The role requires residency within commuting distance of our office.
