Job Description

Position: Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team of engineers, ensuring optimal performance and team success.
• Define project priorities, set technical objectives, and create timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
• Take on additional engineering projects and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, particularly in metal component fabrication and assembly processes.
• Hands-on experience with CNC wire EDMs, CNC grinders, lathes, and other machine tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to customers, management, and team members.
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or a related field).
• Positive, collaborative attitude and a passion for working in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong work ethic, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
• Experience working with rare earth permanent magnets or materials with similar properties (such as ceramics or ferrites) is a plus.
• Job shop and manufacturing ERP systems experience.
