As an Executive Sales Manager, you will oversee the team focused on driving advertising revenue with a primary focus on the app marketplace – app developers, social apps and mobile gaming. In addition to driving app installs/lifecycle marketing, you’ll be responsible for leading the team to upsell partners into the benefits across the T-Ads portfolio including T-Mobile Tuesdays, Magenta Audience Network, Digital Out-of-Home, Rideshare, Retail Media Network, and measurement products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong business development background, ability to create executive and C-level relationships, successful track record of selling and implementing large-scale projects, and a highly collaborative approach to the business. In addition, you should have a documented history of thinking strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions. Success in this role will require you to take on responsibility for everything from developing the initial account relationships to developing go-to-market narratives for this important category, as well as meeting/exceeding revenue goals.

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $245,200 - $442,400, inclusive of target incentives Base Pay Range: $171,640 - $309,680 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
