Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

Recruitment: Collaborate to identify and recruit candidates for assigned job orders. Utilize your understanding of recruitment practices, including current social media trends, to fill these positions effectively.
Candidate Sourcing: Source and evaluate qualified applicants. This includes screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and assisting with employment references and background checks in partnership with the Credentialing Coordinator.
Outreach: Make 80 to 100 calls daily, utilizing both phone and internet resources while following a structured script to engage prospective candidates.
Brand Maintenance: Actively maintain your personal brand across social media platforms to attract talent.
Interview Preparation: Prepare candidates for interviews with clients, ensuring they feel confident and ready to showcase their skills.
Data Management: Keep detailed records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system, including applicant flow, interviews, hires, and terminations.
Negotiation: Negotiate compensation packages to secure the best outcomes for both candidates and the organization.
Networking: Attend job and career fairs, and engage with healthcare organizations and professional associations to broaden our recruitment efforts.
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
A minimum of one year of professional experience in recruitment, sales, sourcing, or social media.
Proficiency in computer systems, including familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications, as well as effective file management.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Previous experience as a recruiter, in direct sales, or as a healthcare professional.

Salary: $ 36,000.00 45,000.00 Per Year
