NoHo Hospitality is seeking an IT Manager to join their team!
NoHo Hospitality Group owns and operates some of New York's most well-known and loved restaurants helmed by award-winning chef Andrew Carmellini and his partners Josh Pickard and Luke Ostrom.
Job Description:
This role will be responsible for a number of important, organizational initiatives within the company.
They will manage all incoming tickets via phone, text, and email using Zendesk, resolving and escalating as necessary. They will regularly visit each restaurant to maintain IT integrity and performance, and develop relationships with each member of our team. This position will be responsible for handling many IT based projects at any given and one time. They will need strong organization skills in order to ensure each project is being completed correctly and efficiently.
