Position Summary

We're hiring a licensed Journeyman Plumber or greater who can independently manage jobs from rough-in to final finish. Most of our work is commercial service, light new construction, tenant improvements , and some residential .

We do a wide range of plumbing work — from full installs to general service and repair. While we can’t guarantee specialization, we do our best to match employees with work they prefer when possible.

Core Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems — including water, gas, drainage, and vent systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints and job specs to plan and execute layout
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and make timely, code-compliant repairs
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites and uphold high standards of craftsmanship
  • Use a company-provided iPad (with cellular plan) and our custom job management software to document hours, materials, and notes
  • Work with field leadership to stay on schedule and aligned on job goals

Minimum Requirements

  • Journeyman Plumber License – State of Michigan
  • 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working independently and guiding apprentices
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of accountability

Pay bump consideration given for:

  • Master Plumber License
  • Backflow certification
