Job Overview:


The System Architecture Engineer’s role will be responsible for Operational Readiness for key programs and initiatives in the CITD organization. Key Responsibilities will include –

Job Responsibilities :

• Operational Readiness and Planning – Develop and Execute operational plans to ensure seamless implementation of key programs including T-Cloud and Project Vanguard
• Automation and Process Optimization – Design and implement automated processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency and business processes
• Business Impact analysis and risk mitigation - Develop and monitor key business metrics to assess potential impacts of operational disruptions and implement strategies to ensure the successful implementation of key programs
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to ensure alignment on requirements and timelines
• Documentation and Training – Partner with engineering and operations team to develop detailed documentation, checklists, and knowledge transfer materials

Education :

• Bachelor's Degree Engineering (Required)

Work Experience :

• 7-10 years technical engineering experience (Required)

Base Pay Range: $126,800 - $228,900

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
