Job Description

Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (In-house) We are a leading real estate firm specializing in residential projects, known for our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help us continue to deliver exceptional service to clients. The In-House Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring that each step is completed accurately and on time. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding support to our agents and clients. Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of over 200 transactions must be closed.
  • Manage and oversee the entire transaction process from contract to closing.
  • Prepare and review all transaction documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate and communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, including agents, clients, lenders, inspectors, and title companies.
  • Ensure all deadlines and contingencies are met and followed up on.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all transactions and related documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling inspections, appraisals, and closings.
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the transaction process.
  • Provide regular updates to agents and clients on the status of their transactions.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient closing process for all parties involved.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes and documentation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using real estate transaction management software and other relevant applications.
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
