**Job Title: Salesforce Developer - Real Estate Brokerage Specialist**
**Job Summary:**
We are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in real estate brokerage CRM implementations. Your primary focus will be to optimize and enhance our Salesforce platform to meet the unique needs of our brokerage, streamlining processes and improving overall efficiency. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and part-time or contractual engagement.
**Your Role:**
- **Customize and Enhance Salesforce CRM:** Tailor our existing Salesforce platform to support real estate brokerage workflows, including lead tracking, deal management, transaction management, agent performance reporting, and ensuring data integrity for accurate reporting and functionality.
- **Integrate Third-Party Tools:** Seamlessly connect third-party real estate tools and systems with Salesforce to create a unified and efficient platform.
- **Design and Implement Efficient Solutions:** Develop workflows, automation, and custom reports to enhance productivity for both brokers and agents.
- **Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues:** Identify, test, and resolve any problems within the Salesforce platform to maintain smooth operation.
- **Provide Ongoing Support:** Offer continuous support, training, and documentation for admin users to ensure they can effectively utilize the platform.
- **Ensure Data Accuracy:** Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data within the Salesforce platform.
**Your Qualifications:**
- **Proven Experience:** Demonstrated success as a Salesforce Developer/Engineer, specifically in real estate brokerage CRM implementations.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning.
- **Industry Knowledge:** Strong understanding of real estate brokerage operations and workflows.
- **Integration Experience:** Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (APIs, web services) and data migration.
- **Software Familiarity:** Knowledge of real estate software tools such as MLS, property management systems, and marketing platforms.
- **Certifications:** Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II) are highly valued.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication abilities and the capability to work independently in a remote environment.
**Additional Information:**
- **Flexible Working Hours:** This is a part-time or 1099 contract position with flexible hours, requiring 8-16 hours per week.
- **Meeting Requirements:** There will be 1-2 mandatory meetings each week during standard business hours, with most communication conducted via email unless urgent matters arise.
