Allen and Allen Firm are seeking an experienced Salesforce Support Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, with a focus on optimizing and supporting our technical operations. Experience with Litify, data deduplication, and general IT support is highly desirable. Proficiency with Tableau for data visualization and analytics is also a key requirement.

Job Duties:

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and user support.
• Serve as our in-house Data Steward
• Oversee all compliance matters related to Salesforce and Litify.
• Optimize Salesforce workflows and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Provide technical support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce.
• Ensure systems are in place to stop data duplication from occuring.
• Collaborate with the IT department to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to supporting documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and related integrations.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
• Experience with Litify is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with data deduplication tools and techniques.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• General IT support experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required. Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, and other certifications are desired.

Technical Skills:

• User management including management of Profiles, Permission and other system access and security tools.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, including creating custom objects, fields, and flows in lightening experience.
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Flow.
• Knowledge of data migration and data management tools in Salesforce (ex Data Loader).
• Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using third-party tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
• Understanding of database management and data quality best practices.
• Proficiency with Tableau for data visualization and analytics.
• Experience with IT Help Desk support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up user accounts, and providing technical assistance to end-users.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

• General office environment requires sitting for long periods of time, occasional periods of standing and walking.
• Visual capability to work viewing a computer monitor for several hours of the day.
• The ability to work in an office environment around others.
• The ability to exhibit manual dexterity and use standard office equipment such as phones, keyboards, and copiers for extended periods of time.
