Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Burlington. This pivotal role will involve a broad spectrum of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits management, retention strategies, and training and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Director of HR to implement effective HR policies and procedures.
• Manage complex employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Oversee the payroll process, with a preference for experience using Paycor HRIS.
• Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Facilitate training programs to support employee development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to maintain integrity and professionalism in all HR activities.
