As Specialist, Paid Social you will be in a key role managing paid social campaigns and execution. Some organic social efforts and community management may be required.

Success in this role will be determined by your ability to move the organization forward through improved operational processes, accuracy/efficiency in completing deliverables, quick responses to client requests and a natural curiosity to learn more and grow in the organization.

Responsibilities in Paid Social

Manage day-to-day paid social campaigns and optimization to achieve client goals, including:

  • Formulate paid social strategy for client businesses and ensure that recommendations and decisions are consistent with client objectives
  • Build and optimize paid social campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization and campaign set up, implementation and management
  • Write ad copy, develop audience strategies and manage bidding/optimization
  • Support the Paid Social Lead with the day-to-day management of campaigns, reporting and related tasks
  • Ongoing use of reporting, analytics and trend tools for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and optimization
  • Work closely with third party vendors such as Facebook to ensure implementation of recommendations and follow best practices for processes
  • Manage creative projects with our internal team or the client and keep track of deadlines, feedback and other vital project details
  • Consistently look for ways to improve current processes or introduce innovative approaches that will contribute to Mod Op’s success

Requirements

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, business, data or another related field
  • At least 1 year of experience utilizing paid social trafficking platforms for campaign setup and reporting (FB Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google AdWords for YouTube, etc.)
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the basics of paid social metrics
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
  • A great attitude, natural curiosity, resourcefulness, intelligence, and work ethic
  • Desire to contribute to the creative and collaborative culture of the agency
