Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic and supportive team! You will work closely with educators, staff, and parents to ensure each student receives the best possible care and support tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a Mixed Caseload: Work with students across various grade levels and needs, ensuring comprehensive speech and language services are provided.
Deliver Direct and Indirect Services: Provide both one-on-one therapy and group sessions, as well as indirect support through collaboration and consultation with teachers and staff.
Collaborate with a Dedicated Team: Partner with teachers, parents, and other professionals to assess, develop, and implement individualized strategies and interventions.
Contribute to the IEP Process: Play an active role in the creation and evaluation of students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring that speech and language goals are effectively integrated.

Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: A relevant advanced degree is required to perform effectively in this role.
ASHA-CCC Certification: Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is required to provide services.
Minimum of 2 Years of Recent School Experience: Practical experience in a school setting is essential for understanding the unique needs of students.
State Educational Certifications: Necessary state-specific certifications or licenses must be held to legally practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
